A HUGE Congratulations to Suzanne Cabrera Towry for her award and recognition of truly inspiring art work!
“Yippee. Proud to report I received an award of 3rd place for 2-dimensional art at the Spring Art Fest exhibit in my community. This was my first juried exhibit. Thank you Marie and all my friends at Living Felt… I created this with Living Felt’s amazing Merino Top and Tussah Silk colors. I couldn’t have done it without you. I learn so much from all of you!”

Kathryn Merrithew Wins a $25 Gift Certificate from Living Felt for submitting her felt painting called The Cozy Cabin.
This beautiful and rich felted picture was needle felted onto a pre-felt of a thickness designed for wall hangings. Kathryn shares that this piece is an impressive 3′ x 4′ and took her three days to complete, working on it most of the time during those days.
We love the dimension and the detail — a great work of felted art!
Nalii Padilla-DeLap has some wonderful felted art that is worth seeing…we loved her Winter’s Midnight felted wall hanging.
The piece measures 12 1/2″x 17″. It is mounted with ribbon for light and easy display.

These dazzling needle felted relief wall art pieces were made by Paulette Carmelita of Alta Loma, California!
Paulette tells us, “The technique used for this relief wall art was hand needled layering which I developed over a long period of time.”
Paulette does a lovely job of capturing delecate elegance and creating dimension and interest with her layering techniques. Let’s share the love with Paulette by writing your comments below! 🙂
